- 1 / 5By Ed ProctorWent to Kroger on Christmas Eve at 5:35 ad said they were open until 6:00. The manager and one other employee said I couldn't go in they said that the people inside could check out but they weren't letting anyone else in . The manager said she could close whenever she wanted to and that she didn't have to honor what the ad said I tried to explain to her that all I needed was a specific formula that they carried that nobody else carried around here. Her response shocked me, she said " that I would just have to do the best I could somewhere else" she said that if I tried to go inside she would call the police and tell them that I was trespassing. The manager is a dark haired woman that uses a cane to walk. I'm filing a complaint against her not get her fired but at least to get an apology for her unprofessional behaviour. Hopefully others out there that was turned away like I was will follow suit.September 18, 2016
